Adv. Ori Reichkind is a member of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department.
Mr. Reichkind represents litigants in commercial disputes before all instances of court, in arbitration and mediation proceedings, with particular emphasis on disputes between shareholders, derivative action and class action claims.
Mr. Reichkind handles all stages of legal proceedings, from formulating legal strategy and lines of argument, through preliminary proceedings, motions for temporary and declarative relief, all the way to trial proceedings and closing arguments.
In addition, Mr. Reichkind provides comprehensive services in proceedings related to tenders, representing litigants in administrative appeals regarding the results of tenders, either challenging the results or defending the winning bid, with unique expertise in complex technology tenders, tenders for providing information system services, and tenders for establishing information systems.
In the framework of the firm’s litigation practice, Mr. Reichkind practices law of succession, drafting wills and representing clients before various instances of court, including acting on behalf of foreign residents interested in realizing estate property in Israel.
Mr. Reichkind has extensive experience drafting legal documents, dealing with complex legal questions, leading negotiations and appearing before the courts.
