Collective labor disputes

In recent years Israel has experienced a revival of organized labor. This shift requires companies to make special legal arrangements, whether party to collective bargaining agreements or not, as the organization of labor can occur at any workplace and at any time.

ZAG-S&W’s Labor and Employment Law department provides services, including collective negotiations for collective bargaining agreements, managing disputes and collective negotiations with employee associations, cooperation with employer associations, legal proceedings before the labor courts, the Supervisor of Employment Relations at the Ministry of Economy, the Registrar of Collective Bargaining Agreements and any other authority or legal entity related to collective employment law.
