The Corporate and Capital Markets department regularly advises on issues relating to the Israel Innovation Authority (IIA), including specific regulation and laws applicable to companies who have received grants from the IIA.
Our attorneys have extensive experience advising public and private companies on their dealings with the IIA and in particular provide a raft of services to these clients, including the preparation and filing of reports relating to equity financing, the preparatioin of licenses, structuring transactions, intellectual property transfers and negotiations on such transactions vis-à-vis the representatives of the IIA.
