Capital Market

Equity financing and NASDAQ offering

ZAG-S&W’s Corporate and Capital Markets department in the US is one of the leading practices in its field. In recent years our Corporate and Capital Markets department has led approximately half of the NASDAQ offerings by Israeli life sciences companies.

We represent founders, investors, underwriters, private and public companies listed in the United States in all respects related to equity financing and offerings, in addition to ongoing legal advice to public companies in the life sciences sector. The Corporate and Capital Markets department also represents dually listed companies traded on both the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange and NASDAQ.

Expertise

Our attorneys are experienced in providing legal services and acting on the most complex financing transactions, bringing a deep understanding of legal and business processes throughout all stages of the venture, from incorporation to listing.

The Corporate and Capital Markets department has comprehensive experience in private equity financing and public offerings for companies involved in life sciences, with particular emphasis on medical devices, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology and medical IT.

Our clients benefit from the connections we maintain and develop with international underwriters, commercial banks and investment bankers, with whom we work on a regular basis.
