Adv. Yotam Azari started his legal career as a legal intern at the firm. Since 2016, he has been an associate at the firm’s corporate and hi-tech department.
Yotam specializes in corporate and commercial law, and advises startup companies, investors, entrepreneurs and various private companies in the fields of hi-tech, software and internet. Yotam’s practice varies from incorporation, through early and advanced fund raising transactions and share purchase transactions, as well as the day-to-day ongoing management and corporate law matters of various private companies, investors and entrepreneurs.
In addition, Yotam represents non-profit organizations in course of the firm’s pro-bono activity.
