Adv. Eliad Weisberg is a member of the firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department.
Mr. Weisberg’s practice focuses on representing parties to commercial litigation before all instances of court, as well as in arbitration and mediation proceedings. Mr. Weisberg is experienced handling disputes between shareholders, derivate action and class action claims, and also has unique expertise representing litigants in administrative appeals regarding the results of tenders, either challenging the results or defending the winning bid.
In the framework of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department Mr. Weisberg acts on all stages of the litigation process, from accepting the case and formulating legal strategy and lines of argument, on to conducting preliminary proceedings, motions for temporary and declarative relief, and culminating with trail proceedings and closing arguments.
