Capital Market

Equity financing and NASDAQ offering

ZAG-S&W’s Corporate and Capital Markets department in the US is one of the leading practices in its field. In recent years our Corporate and Capital Markets department has led approximately half of the NASDAQ offerings by Israeli technology companies, with an emphasis on life sciences companies.

We represent founders, investors, underwriters, private and public companies listed for trade in the United States, in all respects related to equity financing and offerings, in addition to ongoing legal advice to public companies in the technology sector. The Corporate and Capital Markets department also represents dually listed companies traded on both the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange and NASDAQ.
