ZAG-S&W’s Corporate and Capital Markets department is one of the leading practices in its field in Israel and also enjoys international recognition for its extensive experience in equity financing and public offerings for a range of clients, including founders, investors, underwriters, private and public companies listed in Israel and the United States. These clients are particularly in the technology and internet fields. 


As such, the attorneys in the Corporate and Capital Markets department work closely with the Hi-Tech and Internet Department to advise private and public companies on the full range of advice required, from equity financing (for private and public companies), strategic agreements (such as cooperation, distribution and licensing agreements), engagements with strategic clients and partners, data collection, privacy, M&A transactions and other technology-related issues.

The team
The Corporate and Capital Markets department comprises seasoned and experienced attorneys with a deep knowledge of the complexities of corporate and securities law. Our attorneys apply their profound understanding of these laws to the various stages a company's lifecycle, from incorporation to going public, expanding internationally or reaching the “exit.”
