Adv. Andrew T. Solomon is a partner in the Litigation Department of the firm's New York office.
He has a general commercial practice with a primary focus in complex litigation and federal securities claims.
He has also represented clients in restrictive covenant disputes, discrimination claims, attorney malpractice actions, consumer class actions, insurance disputes, loan enforcement actions, and disputes involving closely held businesses and fiduciaries. In the course of these representations, Mr. Solomon has tried jury and non-jury cases, arbitrations, and appeared before regulators including FINRA, NASD, NYSE, SEC and state securities regulators (N.Y., Ill., N.J., Wash.).
He also has extensive experience in mediation and settlement negotiations.
