Adv. Ofir Paz is an associate at the firm’s Tax and Anti-Money Laundering Department.
Ofir specializes in International Taxation, Corporate taxation and Individual Taxation, Value Added Tax and Indirect Taxation, Real Estate tax, as well as taxation of trusts and Wealth Management.
Ofir provides overall tax and legal services including preparing tax opinions and legal memorandums, as well as representing clients before the Israeli Tax Authority and the court.
Ofir provides regularly legal and tax services to companies and individuals in preparing tax returns and various calculations of income tax and real estate tax, and also provides international tax planning services for individuals and multinational companies, including performing due diligence in various acquisition transactions.
As part of the services provided by the firm’s tax department, Ofir also advices individuals in the process of Voluntary Disclosure Procedures in front of the Israeli Tax Authority.
Prior to joining ZAG-S&W Ofir worked as a senior associate in the international tax department at one of the big accounting firms in Israel for three years. Later, Ofir worked for a year at the tax department at one of the largest law firms in Israel.
