Adv. Oded Har-Even is the managing partner of ZAG-S&W LLP, the firm’s U.S. offices.
From his seat at ZAG-S&W’s New York offices, Mr. Har-Even coordinates the activities of the firm’s U.S. offices in New York, Boston and Washington DC, representing Israeli clients with activity in the U.S., as well as U.S. companies doing business in Israel.
Mr. Har-Even has extensive legal and business experience in corporate and securities law, financing transactions, establishing hi-tech businesses, mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financing in the U.S. market, as well as routine reporting to the SEC and stock exchange.
In addition to his U.S. practice, Mr. Har-Even has extensive experience with the Chinese market, advising Chinese companies with mergers and acquisitions and raising capital in the U.S., as well as assisting Israeli companies with expanding their activity and dealing with the specific challenges of the Chinese market.

Ongoing and comprehensive representation of Israeli companies with business activity in the U.S., including Alcobra Pharma (NASDAQ: ADHD), BIOBlast Pharma Ltd. (NASDAQ: ORPN), Pluristem Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ: PSTI).
Representing ClickSoftware, Inc. in the final agreement for acquisition by Francisco Partners Management L.P., a leading private technology focused investment fund, for a consideration of USD 430 million.
