Adv. Mor Limanovich is a partner and heads the firm’s HiTech Department.
Mr. Limanovich has extensive experience advising and representing entrepreneurs and companies in the technology and life sciences sectors, guiding his clients through all stages of development in the Israeli and international startup ecosystem.
Mr. Limanovich also represents investors and angels, helping them locate appropriate business opportunities.
Mr. Limanovich provides ongoing legal advice pertaining to commercial and corporate aspects of local and cross-border transactions, including strategic agreements, joint ventures, licensing agreements, technology agreements, equity and debt financing, and mergers and acquisitions.
In addition, Mr. Limanovich voluntarily represents organizations and companies within the firm’s pro-bono activity, and writes for “The Employment Law Review” (a “Law Business Research” publication).
