Lemont Eric

Adv. Eric D. Lemont is a partner in the Real Estate Department of the firm's Boston office.

Mr. Lemont’s practice focuses on a wide variety of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and sales across various property types (office, retail, industrial, multi-family and hospitality), joint ventures, and mezzanine, construction and permanent financings. His clients include developers, real estate funds, REITs, insurance companies, institutional investors, and owner/operators. In addition, he regularly represents corporate clients on a diverse range of real estate related matters. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Lemont was an associate in the REITs and real estate capital markets group of Goodwin Procter LLP.
