Adv. Joseph Gayer is one of the founders of the international law firm ZAG-S&W.

 

Mr. Gayer is a prominent expert in the field of sports law, commercial litigation, and contracts law, representing athletes, sport clubs, sporting associations, and other institutes in the professional sports sector, both on a domestic and international level.

 

Mr. Gayer represents Israel’s leading professional athletes in all fields of sports, including advising sports clubs, organizations, and sponsors in Israel and abroad.

 

Mr. Gayer’s litigation practice has yielded many legal precedents that have influenced the status of professional athletes, both in Israel and abroad, with respect to their rights vis-a-vis employers, sport authorities, and various statutory institutes.

 

In addition, Mr. Gayer is an expert in various property aspects of sports laws, such as broadcasting privileges, intellectual property, property law, and other issues related to professional sports.

 

Mr. Gayer lectures at the Radzyner School of Law at the Interdisciplinary Center (IDC) Herzliya.
