ZAG S&W’s Corporate and Capital Markets department represents founders, investors, underwriters and public companies listed in the US, in all aspects of equity financing and public offerings, and provides ongoing legal advice to public companies in the hi-tech and life sciences sector.

In recent years our Corporate and Capital Markets department led approximately half of all NASDAQ public offerings by Israeli life sciences companies and regularly advises dually listed companies on both the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange and NASDAQ.

The team
Our team comprises seasoned and experienced Israeli and US attorneys, specializing in complex issues in both Israeli and US corporate and securities law. Our attorneys apply their profound understanding of these laws to the various stages of a company's lifecycle, from incorporation to going public, expanding internationally or reaching the "exit."
