Abe Halevy is a partner in the International Department of the firm’s Tel Aviv office.
Abe has vast experience in the technology sector, with a focus on negotiating and drafting complex contracts related to proprietary technologies and cross-border transactions. He has also represented multi-national companies engaged in M&As, Spin - Offs, as well as Israeli Venture Capital Funds active in the technology sector.
Amongst his multinational clients was Applied Materials, for whom Adv. Halevy negotiated, drafted and finalized numerous multifaceted technology agreements, including OEMs, Global Supply Agreements, Software License Agreements, Service Agreements, and Research & Development Agreements. The transactions that were the subject of these agreements spanned across various continents including Europe, Asia and the Americas.
