Adv. Steven P. Eichel is a partner in the Tax Department of the firm's Boston office.
Steven concentrates his practice in tax consulting and business law, with an emphasis on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, international tax planning, complex joint venture formations and domestic and international equity and debt financing, structuring and restructuring.
Mr. Eichel, fluent in French, advises France-based companies (and other non-U.S. companies) on the legal and tax aspects of investing and conducting operations in the United States.
