Adv. Julie D. Capehart, counsel in the Litigation Group in the firm’s New York office, is focused on general commercial litigation, and she has substantial experience in securities litigation and bankruptcy-related litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Capehart was an associate at Morrison & Foerster LLP. She also served as a law clerk to Judge Robert S. Smith of the New York Court of Appeals.
