Boaz Shiffman has been an associate at the firm’s international department since 2016, after serving as a legal intern at the firm.
Boaz specializes in corporate and commercial law, and counsels companies as well as well-established firms in the fields of hi-tech, internet and life sciences. Boaz’s practice spans from incorporation, representing companies and underwriters in a wide variety of U.S. capital market transactions, including IPOs, follow-on offerings, ATM transactions and PIPEs.
