Adv. Eran Ben-Dor is a partner and heads the firm’s Corporate and Capital Markets Department.
Mr. Ben-Dor has extensive experience acting on behalf of companies and investors in Israel and abroad, with an emphasis on clients in the hi-tech and life sciences sectors. Mr. Ben-Dor also advises clients with respect to private and public financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, complex projects, licensing agreements and joint ventures.
Mr. Ben-Dor is an expert on Israeli and U.S. corporate law and securities law, and with over 17 years of legal practice has acted on numerous countless complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, strategic agreements, private and public issuances on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, NASDAQ and the New York Stock Exchange.
During 2016-2017 Mr. Ben-Dor is working from our NY offices, providing our client with the legal services they need in the U.S.
Through his diverse legal practice, and after having worked several years from ZAG-S&W’s offices in Boston as well, Mr. Ben-Dor has developed a profound understanding of business and legal processes, and the ability to consider long term effects.
Mr. Ben-Dor lectures before various forums on topics such as mergers and acquisitions, directors and officers’ liability, and publishes articles on such topics in the financial press and professional journals.
