Ms. Barami’s civil and commercial law practice focuses on litigation, execution, bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings, institutional dunning and banking.
Ms. Barami advises and represents institutional bodies and commercial banks, from the earliest stages of dispute until resolution before all instances of court or by settlement agreement.
Ms. Barami handles a variety of cases including representing banks and institutional bodies in the framework of receivership, liquidation and stay of proceedings, pecuniary claims, actions against guarantors, seizure and realization of attached vehicles and engineering equipment, and the full range of legal proceedings including claims against commercial banks and institutional bodies.
