Adv. Reut Alfia is an associate at the firm’s Corporate and Capital Markets Department.
Ms. Alfia specializes in advising public companies listed for trade on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange with respect to corporate law and securities law, with particular expertise in the hi-tech and life sciences arena.
Ms. Alfia’s practice also focuses on public and private debt and equity financing, commercial transactions and agreements, mergers and acquisitions, issues of compliance and corporate governance, as well as regular commercial and legal advice.
