Adv. Adva Herrmann began her legal career as a legal intern at the firm. Since 2016, she has been an associate at the firm's Corporate and Capital Markets Department.
Adv. Herrmann specializes in Corporate Law, Securities Law and Commercial law, with particular expertise in the hi-tech and life sciences arena.
Adv. Herrmann advises public companies listed for trade on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange with respect to public and private debt and equity financing, commercial transactions and agreements, mergers and acquisitions, as well as the day-to-day ongoing commercial management and complexed matters in the Israeli Stock Market.
